Terms and Conditions for MedialVagledning.nu:

1. Registration: By registering on our website platform, subscriptions, coaching and clinical services, teaching platform, and phone line paid service on MedialVagledning.nu, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Binding Agreement: The registration is a binding agreement between the user and MedialVagledning.nu. The user is required to fulfill the agreement of the specific subscription or program, and cancellation will apply according to each individual agreement on the product and/or service. If there is no rule or information, registration is binding, no refunds are allowed or cancellations. EU-14 day refund policy for distance purchases are not applied here. Your payment method is up to date, otherwise it may incur extra fees if we have to send reminders.
3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation before the completion of the subscription or purchase detail agreement, the user is still responsible for paying the outstanding remaining balance. For Monthly subscriptions, cancellations can be done for the upcoming subscription month. No refunds are provided of already paid fees. If user cannot participate in calls or use the material for self-learning, we do not provide any refund.
4. Limitation of Liability: MedialVagledning.nu is not responsible for any problems, challenges, or issues that may occur during the usage of our services. These may include technical difficulties, interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. User takes charge of self and is responsible for choosing the platform and the services & products here offered, take charge of her own choices, results & consequences. No charge shall be applied to the platform, business or personally to Gabi Gal or any employees hereby. Users use the information, help, support at their own risk. We are not representing licensed medical professionals or promising any cure of any problem that may arise.
5. Refund Policy: MedialVagledning.nu does not issue any refunds unless stated otherwise in specific cases.
6. Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring the security of their account. MedialVagledning.nu cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of user accounts. Course, material, videos, advices, words or any material and immaterial information provided by the platform, Gabi Gal or any employees will be kept for individual use of self-learning and personal development, shall not be used for or by third parties or resold. We hold copyright of the material offered. That includes calls and recordings. If additional user, family members, friends want to acquire knowledge, information or access, they shall register individually with a unique account. You can register for them in an additional account but you will be responsible for the payment of upcoming memberships or purchases.
7. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Any conflicts arising due to false or misleading information will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
8. Court Fees: In case of any legal disputes, the user shall be responsible for any court fees associated with the resolution of the conflict. Local court in Sweden chosen by us shall be applied.
9. Service Provision: MedialVagledning.nu is committed to providing the services that the user has registered for. However, in rare circumstances where the service cannot be provided, MedialVagledning.nu may choose to refund the user accordingly or offer alternative dates and methods of delivery. The user chooses to take its own risks and responsibility for any consequences, results, choices it makes and how it takes in information provided. This removes any claim, damage and responsibility from MedialVagledning.nu, therapists and doctors providing services and coaching. User chooses to get help at his or her own risk with no promises of any results or outcomes.
